Block 8:

Thunder boomed outside as a bolt of lightning illuminated the room. A shiver ran up Starfire's back as the thunder continued to roll overhead, sounding for all the world like something colossal charging about the heavens. As the sound died away, the heavy patter of the rain against the tower came back into earshot.

“Ooooh, I do not know how you can stand it, Raven.” the Tamaranian moaned, wringing her fingers again.

Starfire stood in front of the window, too anxious to rouse her power of flight. Raven assumed she had at least mustered enough 'righteous fury' to improve her strength, as lifting her weight otherwise ought to have been impossible. * She paced back and forth, stomach swaying from side to side because of her waddle, staring out towards the city.

Every flash of lightning cast her immense shadow across the room, made even huger by the projection. It looked like a beluga whale running across their walls whenever her curves were cast against them.

“Getting worried won't do us or them any good, Starfire.” Raven explained sternly. “Besides, it's not like they haven't handled this and worse before.”

The human girl sat upon the couch at the centre of the room, appropriating the coffee table to support her stomach. * She peered over the grey globe of flesh at the television situated below the window. The screen was filled with a map of the city, with a series of flashing dots overlaid on it. One flashing red, another green, while a pair of black dots flickered nearby them. Thin white lines connected the dots with boxes of information on the side of the screen.

What all this meant, of course, was that Robin and Beast Boy were currently tracking a pair of criminals across down. Robin was on the tail of mad Mod, and Beast Boy was hunting down Mammoth. Both super villains had elected to go on crime sprees on the same night, rather a nuisance for a team that was already undermanned. The errant Titans had been in touch, though, and insisted that they had the situation in hand.

This, though, did little to appease Starfire.

Thunder crashed once more outside the window, causing the alien girl to jump slightly, as a full shudder rippled up her spine. She shivered and rubbed her arms.

“Ohhh, but it is so dark and wet and scary. What if Robin slips and falls from a building? He cannot fly. Or what if Beast Boy jumps onto a pole and is struck by lightning?” she continued to fret.

“I don't think the weather is going to finish them off.” Raven sighed. “But at least I can tell why you're so worried. You just don't like storms, do you?”

Starfire tapped her foot, looking around. “The Bad things always happen when there are storms. Why can it not be sunny? We only fight lighthearted villains and frolic when the sun is out. But when it starts to rain, the Slade and the Brother Blood will attack!”

Raven scratched her head. “Yeeeah. Or it could just be bad weather. Some people actually find it quite therapeutic.” she added, lying back restfully against the sofa. “If the thunder dies down I'll be struggling to stay awake...” A bump popped up upon the surface of her colossal stomach before disappearing again. “Ow. If only they shared that opinion.” she sighed, stroking her stomach slightly in hopes of calming her offspring.

Starfire continued pacing, now tapping her stomach impatiently. “I suppose it could be worse.” she went on. “As long as they are not fighting underground at night...”

“Personally I thought we had more trouble with scrapyards. Or, my personal favourite, the city cog factory...” Raven groaned, remembering the site of a battle that she had found especially strenuous.

Another boom echoed across the tower, however, this one was not accompanied by the sharp flash of lightning. Instead, a warm red glow washed faintly over the tower. Starfire put her hands to the cold window pane and looked out; an explosion.

“Raven!” she declared immediately, but her fellow Titan was already punching commands into the keypad beside her.

More information washed over the screen, adding more dots to the map.

“Raven?!” Starfire insisted, thinking her comrade hadn't noticed her.

“It wasn't near Robin or Beast Boy.” Raven said, as cross-hairs darted across the map, settling on the bay, distant from both the others.

Suddenly a quarter of the screen switched away from the map, and was filled with the image of Robin's face.

“This is Robin.” the Titan's voice came in. “I'm still on Mod's tail, but I just saw a large expl-”

“Woooah, did you guys see that?!” Beast Boy interrupted, his own image appearing on the screen alongside Robin's. “What happened?”

“As far as I can tell, there was an explosion near the docks, but I'm assuming that it's not related to Mammoth or Mad Mod.” Raven answered quickly.

“I've got Mod in my sights, what about Mammoth?” Robin explained.

“... he was here a minute ago...” Beast Boy replied weakly. “But the-”

The sound of glass and concrete shattering poured out of the screen as Beast Boy looked away from his communicator.

“Woah, definitely still here. Gotta go!” he explained, before his communicator cut out.

Robin groaned. “I'll deal with it once I'm finished with Mad Mod.”

“What? That could take ages!” Raven growled.

In the background, another explosion rose up from the peer.

Robin's head twisted away from the screen as he took in the sight. His lips peeled further back over his gritted teeth, showing his restrained fury. He turned back to his communicator, closing his mouth as best as he could, though a frown still hung under his mask. “We don't have any other choice.” he replied.

“We can go!” Starfire declared, zipping across the room at surprising speed. Her eyes glowed green, and the aura of her starbolts pulsed from her fingers. “We can find out what's happening.”

This really seemed to put Robin on edge. His gritted teeth flashed again as he snapped back, “No. You two can't risk it.”

Raven gulped self consciously before retorting, “We have to try. We can fly over, check it out, and retreat if we have to. But we can't just sit here while people are under attack.”

She could hardly believe the words coming out of her mouth. What she really wanted to do was levitated back to her room, wriggle out of her clothes, and lie in a pile of pillows up against the window as she listened to the rain. She loathed the idea of going outside... as she was... especially into public. And she hardly felt able. These days, it seemed to take all her super powers just to get up and make herself breakfast.

But she was insisting all the same. 'I guess I'm more for heroics than I thought...'

Starfire nodded fiercely. “We're super heroes!” she declared.

“You're super pregnant.” Robin replied, angrily. “I know you have the best of intentions, but you can't risk your lives, the lives of all your children, and fate of Tama-”

A series of explosions burst out around Robin, and the picture swirled around as he nimbly dodged blasts and waves of shrapnel. The communicator's camera struggled to keep focus as it was flipped around by the Titan's acrobatics.

“Now, now, don't take me lightly y'little snot!” Mad Mod's voice jeered through the communicator.

The camera shakily returned to Robin. “Stay. There.” were his last, serious words, before the communicator snapped shut.

For a moment, silence fell over the room, as the screen returned to a sterile map of the city. Another roar of thunder seemed to shatter the silence, though.

“Lets go.” both girls said at once.

~*~*~

'Maybe I should have thought this through...'

The thought echoed repeatedly in Raven's head as she stood atop the tower. They had not even set out to battle, but her doubts were already piling up. Mere minutes ago, she and Starfire had passionately agreed to fight regardless of the danger. She felt ready, then, to charge into battle... unfortunately neither was dressed for the occasion. And so they conspired to meet on the roof once they were changed.

But her boundless confidence waned when she actually donned her uniform.

It had fit poorly the last time she wore it, and now it was even worse. Her stomach poured through the burst hole in the suit, stretching it out until the entire nude sphere of grey flesh could squeeze through. The ruptured fabric now ran under the bulge of her bust, and down her sides. It hardly seemed to curve around her back before being torn asunder by her stomach.

But worse by far was how the costume had been contorted around her lower regions. She could no longer lie to herself about the ways her body was growing- besides her belly. Her hips had flourished outwards, and her poor eating habits had been steadily expanding her rear. This became all too obvious when she slid her costume up her legs, and found it stretched around her blown out buttocks. Now the strand clawing its way under her belly had been pulled out like elastic, looking more like a thong than the bottom of her suit.

Her breasts were also pushing hard against the outfit's fabric. Thankfully, the two fat lumps had not burst out of the suit, but they stretched the remaining fabric, lying upon the vast plane her stomach created. Every move seemed to strain the material further, as her endowments were pulled apart by gravity. She worried that too exaggerated a movement would split what little remained of the suit in tact.

'Thank Azrath my cloak still fits.' was the only thought left to keep her from giving up completely.

She had closed the cloak over herself like a sprawling dress. Her bare legs still peaked out underneath, but it at least covered her naked stomach.

'And at least it's dark, too.' she thought, looking at the overcast skies. Somewhere in the distance, the sun was probably setting, but a thick layer of black clouds had hidden it completely. 'If it were sunny, I'd be doomed to public humiliation. But this is nice-and-dark.'

Her stomach gave protest at this point, a series of kicks flaring out against her stomach wall, and pummelling her innards.

“Oof. Why do you guys have to take after her?” she asked, with a sigh.

Coincidentally, just as Raven finished speaking, Starfire's voice harked from across the tower. “Sorry!” she called, as she rocketed onto the roof. With some difficulty, she brought her mass to a halt in front of Raven, hovering just above the ground.

Apparently Starfire had outgrown her costume just as much as Raven. It seemed less pressing, since her belly had been exposed even when it was flat, let alone the gargantuan globe that now hung over her figure, but Raven's eyes flew immediately to the girl's skirt and blouse.

It frustrated Raven no end to know that her bottom was blowing up from her gravid habits. Nor was she pleased to see her breasts swell in preparation for her numerous offspring's appetite. But as bad as she had it, Starfire had it far worse.

The last time Raven saw her in that outfit, her grape skirt had become a 'mini' skirt, clinging to the new curves of her rear. Now it looked like a thick belt. It barely stretched further around than Raven's hot pants. Her flesh seemed to wriggle awkwardly inside it, and the golden flesh of her thighs bulged out sideways below it.

Meanwhile her blouse seemed to be retailoring itself to fit her bust. Every spare inch of fabric had been sucked up to cover her chest as it stretched the material out. Strands ebbed around her sides, connecting to thin cloth on her back, while purple wrapped all around the surface over her breasts. Even after stretching it out from the rest of the blouse, it seemed like the garment was stretched almost to transparency, with a hint of orange underneath the purple.

Of course, her belly still loomed huge over the outfit, now being drenched in rain. More drops seemed to splash down on it than would hit an ordinary umbrella. Quickly, the falling water formed rivulets and poured off her smooth skin, resulting in several thick streams dripping off the side of her belly. Raven suspected that the underside was bone dry, as the water dribbled off her sides.

“I did not mean to spend so long...” Starfire apologised, “But I could not see my boots.” she explained, indicating the knee-length boots running up her legs. She coughed and blushed slightly. “I could only put them on upside down.”

“Wow, that's just about the one problem this costume doesn't have.” Raven said sympathetically. “But once I've had these guys....” she nodded to her stomach, still concealed under her cloak, “And I get back into crimefighting... for the love of Azrath, remind me to get a costume with legs.”

“Only if you remind me to get a costume that covers the stomach.” Starfire retorted.

Raven looked from her own burst uniform to Starfire's equally massive belly. “Ummm, I hate to break it to you, but-”

Starfire shivered, shaking and spraying Raven with all the water that had collected on her belly. Despite being already sodden form the rain, Raven glared at her for doing so.

“I apologise.” Starfire mumbled again. “I do not know how you can stand the water from the sky, Raven. We have nothing so horrible on my planet.”

Raven shrugged. “The rain doesn't really bother me so much as the-”

Before Raven could finish, a sharp gust whipped by the pair, tossing Starfire's soaking hair, and picking up Raven's cloak. Before she could snatch it up, the gust had taken hold, and ripped the curtain of fabric back over her, dragging it far behind her head, and leaving her tattered costume and overripe belly open for all to see.

“...Wind.”

"Time for you to go out like a light!"

The guards collapsed in a flash of light as the villain paced towards the storage container. The remaining dock workers let out wails of protest before running as fast as their legs could carry them over the slick cement surface of the peer. Moments later a bolt of lightning illuminated a lone villain standing in amongst the dozens of shipping containers lined up along the harbour, unconscious guards scattered upon the ground. Rough waves crashed on the open side of the port, while a hulking liner bobbed upon the opposite side. Rain poured over all.

A wicked grin spread across the man's face as he cast open the doors to the metal container in front of him. His grin faded when a green bolt of energy flew past him and hit the ground, inches away from his feet with a bang.

"You are the one whose lights shall be going out!"
The two maternal Titans hung in the sky, over the container opposite. Starfire's fists were clenched, glowing with green energy, as did her eyes. Her fellow crime fighter still looked as if she was endeavouring to remain unseen, shadows circling her belly.
Raven suppressed a groan. Cheesy lines unfortunately went hand in hand with the cape and super powers. "Doctor Light..." she sighed. "Good. I was almost worried we'd have to fight a real super villain."
Unfortunately, as unimpressive as the "Doctor" was, he seemed even less intimidated by his would-be captors. Raven's threats had fallen on deaf ears as the man doubled up in hysterics.
Starfire frowned. "Is something wrong with him?"
"Yes. There's definitely something wrong with him. But that's not why he's laughing." Raven explained. "Lets finish this quickly and get out of here..."
The mystical Titan's eyes closed and she folded her legs underneath her swollen bump. Darkness began to envelope the shipping container, slipping slowly along its mass until the entire thing was gripped with darkness. A frown crossed Raven's features as she exerted her power to lift the weight of the huge metal frame. Slowly it hovered into the air and began to tip up onto its side. Doctor Light barely noticed over his laughter. He stopped, though, as the contents of the container began to tumble out and rain down on him. The barrage ended, leaving the scientist bruised under a pile of broken freight. He had only a moment to scream as Raven released her grip upon the container, allowing it to dive down upon the villain.
"Whew. For a moment there I was worried about breaking a sweat." Raven sighed with relief.
Before Starfire could reply, there was an explosion of white light from inside the container, searing out from within the metal until the side gave way and it collapsed on its side. Irate, but standing, Light shone from within the wreckage. "The Light shines through all!" he bellowed, before pointing his hands towards the floating heroines. Beams of golden light blasted from his armour, shooting at the Titans.
"Eep!" Starfire squealed, narrowly flying wide of the beam.
Raven, meanwhile, swept a thick sheet of darkness around herself, easily blocking the beam fired at her.
The beams cut short as emerald bolts streamed down on Light, causing him to sprint away as the Tamaranian acted as a gattling gun.
"Wh- where did he go?!" Starfire asked angrily, looking around in confusion.
It did not take Raven long to avail the situation, and spot the criminal. He was "hidden" in Starfire's blindspot; the massive area underneath her belly. As she looked from side to side she failed to move from her position in the sky, always looking over her stomach. It was a good thing Tamaranians had no word for "modesty", as Light now had a rather good view of her poor excuse for a skirt, and was preparing to fire one of his blasters into the incredibly broad side of her belly.
Levitating one of the smashed boxes that had filled the shipping container, Raven hurled it at him, nailing her foe in the head. A beam of light still streamed from his hand, glancing around Starfire's side and singing more hair than anything else. The alien squealed and descended to the ground, clutching her lightly blown side.
"I see your condition has dulled your skills." Light chuckled as he encapsulated himself in a shield, deflecting half a dozen more projectiles launched by Raven.
Raven sneered. "We're pregnant. What's your excuse? Mindwiped?"
Snarling, Light sent another blast towards her.
A sphere of black matter swirled around her as the light struck, but the Titan began to groan as both beams pressed upon her barrier. Raven felt herself being hurled sideways as something huge barged into her. She fell fast onto her back, belly shaken but safe, which was more than she could say for the rest of her. She slowed herself to a halt using her powers, but not before her back skidded and scraped against the ground. She turned to see Starfire floating over her, sorely attempting to rub the front of her stomach. It looked like she'd endured a light bruise as she used it to barge Raven out of the way of Light's blast. She flew away shortly as another pair of beams fired past her position.
Groaning, Raven heaved herself up into a sitting position.
    "Oh... no..."
Raven moaned furiously, as she felt the shreds of fabric dangling against her thighs. That last fall had torn her already ragged costume into pieces.
Coiling her cloak around her nethers, she glared at Light. Her harsh look went unnoticed, though, as the villain continued exchanging blasts with Starfire. It would not go unnoticed for long, though, as she stretched her telekinetic powers out and started to carve a chunk out of the cement. She lifted a barrel sized chunk of rock and heaved it towards her foe. The distracted criminal turned only in time to see the boulder as it slammed into him, rolling him over and pressing him to the peer. A glassy cracking sound was followed by the fizzle of damaged electronics, but not before another blast of light bounced the rock back down to the ground. A beleaguered Light regained his footing, the lamp on his right arm now dark with blue whispers of electricity dancing in amongst it.
Retaliation was quick but thankfully imprecise. Light levelled another rainbow coloured beam in Raven's direction, but went so wide of the mark that he didn't even break the chill brought on by the rain. A glowing ball formed in his fist, but flickered out of existance as a decisive right hook connected with his jaw and sent him flying. Starfire pulled her left arm back to deliver a follow up punch, but first spared a glance for her team mate.
    "Raven Watch Out!"
The cloaked Titan turned just in time to realise what had happened; though Light had missed her, he'd blown a hole in the container beside her, and the great metal case had crumpled down like a crushed can. The container on top of it was very much in tact, though, and sliding at her with distressing speed.
Groaning, she summoned up strength from muscles she didn't even know existed, and half-sprinted half-levitated sideways, cape billowing out behind her. For a moment she thought it was all over as she felt something tug sharply upon her neck, and lost her balance. As she braced herself upon her aching hands and backside, she realised what had happened; her body had narrowly cleared the falling metal cube, but her fashion statement had not- her cloak was trapped under it. Mournfully, she pulled it off and stood, now feeling colder and more exposed than ever.
Thankfully, the good Doctor didn't look as if he had much fight left in him. Seeing her friend was alright, Starfire had turned her eyes back to her enemy, and made sure he felt her gaze. Twin emerald beams fired from her eyes, matching the blast from his one remaining weapon. The hero and villain stood, looking equally matched for a moment, as her green beams met his one multi-spectral beam half way between them and held. Then, though, without taking her eyes off him, the alien heaved up the rock Raven had unearthed, and casually tossed it towards him. Light's eyes bulged as he looked on in horror at the rock careering towards him.
"This just isn't my day." he murmured, before collapsing under the boulder.
"Remind me never to do that again..." Raven winced as she hovered over to Starfire.
The alien merely grinned. "Will this not be a glorious tale to tell our children, though?"
"The only time I'm telling my kids about this is if they decide to be pregnant and super heroes at the same time." Raven groaned.
"Indeed... we may have risked much here..." Starfire pouted, tenting her fingers. "... but we are unharmed and victorious!"
Raven merely raised a highly sardonic eyebrow. "Unharmed" was a blatant lie. "Victorious" was dubious. You wouldn't have known from looking that Raven had been on the winning side of the battle. Her hands were tentatively trying to sooth her bruised buttocks and bashed tailbone. Purple bruises were only now just beginning to appear all over her body like leapord spots, complimented in brutality by the scraped flesh lining her back. Miraculously, her belly escaped relatively unharmed, but it looked like it had cost the rest of her.
And that was to say nothing of her clothes. The rags of her uniform had retreated to a thin, almost translucent layer of purple around her huge bosoms, leaving so much nude grey flesh exposed that she looked like a one woman nudist colony. Fatigue was the only thing that kept her from being completely and utterly embarrassed by her naked nether regions. She noted that one minuscule perk to her colossal belly was that it overhung her private parts in front. Still, she wasn't comfortable letting herself see how big her bottom had become, let alone everyone else. Good thing Starfire was the only one around to see.
"Starfire, Raven are you okay?" Robin's voice shouted from down the dock.
Raven felt her grey skin turn red.
The only sound on the peer was the patter of the rain, as the three male Titans arrived on the scene and merely stood gawking, jaws hanging around their knees.
    "Dude."

~*~*~

"Never going out. Ever. Ever. Again."
    Raven sneezed.
All that was visible of the depressed Titan was her rather red nose and eyes, poked out between the two towels wrapped around her head like a scarf and hat. The rest of her was just a huge pile of bathrobes and towels that resembled Beast Boy's laundry at the end of the month. Somewhere under the mess a very wet and cold Titan shivered.
Thankfully, a lasting chill was the only remaining physical evidence of their misadventure. Raven's seldom used healing abilities patched up the little and not-so-little bumps and bruises they had acrued. After another ultra sound found both girls' startlingly multiplous litters to be in perfect health, Starfire asserted that their children had felt the same "Righteous Fury" as their parents and been granted Tamaranian endurance. While Raven was greatly relieved to learn that her children had come to no harm, it only gave her room to worry more about herself. Unfortunately, physical maladies were not the only result of the fight.
Starfire pouted in sympathy. Not only had she escaped without an enduring chill, her skimpy uniform had survived the fight, so the only real reason for her sour expression was empathy for her friend. "Am I to understand that you are upset about the nakedness?" she asked quietly.
Robin and Cyborg had had the wisdom to steer far clear of Raven after the incident. Robin had mumbled something about training, and Cyborg swore he was going to wipe his memory. Raven made a mental note to replace his fuel cell with a triple A battery if she saw so much as one pixel of her moment of shame surfacing on the internet. Meanwhile, Starfire and Beast Boy were making an ill advised effort to cheer her up.
Raven glared back, and sneezed again. "What do you think?"
"Perhaps you would feel better if I were naked?" Starfire offered, grabbing the fabric of her top with a little too much enthusiasm.
"No." Raven growled. Something rumbled within the mass of her belly, but under the thick shrowd of towels it sounded like some hidden beast.
"It's not so bad." Beast Boy offered. Raven wasn't sure whether he was grinning in an attempt to make her feel better, or if he was genuinely happy for some reason. "People see me naked all the time."
As if to demonstrate the amorphous Titan transformed into a monkey, before reverting to his 'human' form.
Another shiver ran up Raven's back, although this one had nothing to do with the cold. "Great. Now I get to be creeped out whenever you transform."
"Cyborg's totally naked too! You don't see him putting on shirts and pants on top of his metal parts. If you went buff we'd have a three to one naked majority and be able to over-rule the tryannical clothing opression!" he declared, waving his arm around for good measure.
Raven wasn't sure whether he was serious, but there was a disturbing gleam in Starfire's eyes.
"I'm sure you'd just love to run around naked as a human, too?" Raven raised her eyebrow, playfully striking Beast Boy on the head.
"Huh... I guess not." he murmured.
She could have sworn Starfire looked put out. "It's flattering, really, to know that you want to see us heroing naked, but try to be a bit more convincing next time." Raven sighed, her words weighted with sarcasm. She still managed to add emphasis to her words, somehow, despite the minute breaks from her monotone droll. She was glad of the scarf-towel obscuring her mouth, because Beast Boy's blush was almost enough to make her grin. Mercifully changing the subject, she remembered a question that had sprung to mind moments before. "Where do your clothes even go when you transform?"
The green Titan scratched at his head and frowned, before shrugging. "I dunno. The Chief just gave me a bunch when I joined the Doom Patrol. He said he made them for some other guy, but he didn't need 'em anymore. More for me." he grinned again.
Raven rolled her eyes. "Charming. And I suppose he wore a stupid mask too?"
"I liked my mask..." Beast Boy mumbled.
"Doom Patrol's fashion sense not withstanding... I'm no-"
    Raven blinked.
"... I just had an idea."
"What?" the other two Titans leaned in.
    Raven sneezed.
"... I have an idea for tommorrow."

~*~*~

"Why do I feel huge?" Raven moaned, as the rather unwelcome sensation of conciousness filled her body.
As seemed to be the case every day, she woke to see two pearly hills sloping around her eyes, and the warm pulse of skin against her cheeks. Despite her best efforts to 'empty' the overproductive glands, they annoyingly always filled back up again over night. This was particularly unwelcome today, as she could still hear the patter of rain at her window. A glance around her room revealed it to be grim and murky, all sunlight caught behind the thick veil of clouds long before it could reach her window. Since the sun was the source of her bothersome bosom, she had thought that on this gloomy morning- or gloomy afternoon, as her clock informed her- she might not awaken to find herself so embarrassingly compromised.
On the bright side, whatever had filled her chest had done as good a job of satisfying her children. She felt several heavy, dormant lumps within her gut, but not a single kick as her progeny slept silently. She rubbed her side gently, as a small show of gratitude for the reprieve.
She pulled off her bedsheet, which was feeling more and more like a tiny blanket and less and less like the sprawling duvet it really was. Still, her room was always tepid, and it seemed that her children were all in favour of Tamaranian standards of "modesty" as more skin meant more sun. She missed the feeling of wrapping herself up as if she were in a coccoon.
With no small difficulty, she rose and went about the awkward process of dressing. While her children may have settled for the day, the rest of her body still had plenty of complaints; her back ached, her feet hurt, her breasts especially stung from the bounty they contained. It was all nothing new, though, and she squeezed herself into tiny clothes before exitting in search of some sustenance. The shame of yesterday still filled her head, and she was glad to find that the tower was quiet this afternoon.
"Good Morning, Friend Raven." Starfire chirped as Raven enterred the common room.
The Tamaranian filled much of the couch, licked clean plates surrounding her and a thick crust of crumbs surrounding her lips. Cyborg was bustling around with something in the kitchen, and the other two members of the team were not in sight.
"Good Afternoon." Raven yawned. "I see I'm not the only one sleeping in. Or the only one..." her eyes drifted to Starfire's substantial chest.
Starfire followed her gaze, and then looked back at her curiously.
"I thought we needed sunlight for this..." Raven whispered between gritted teeth as she went to join her fellow Titan.
Starfire nodded, understanding. "I was most disappointed with the raining today, but it seems that we got enough sunlight anyway." she grinned, sliding a hand over her belly.
Raven frowned. She'd been forced to take up the troublesome sunbathing routine and didn't like one minute of it. Now it seemed some mysterious source had given her the same nutrients, and she wanted to know what. If she could receive her daily quota of rays in private it would make this a lot more bearable.
    "Somebody order waffles?"
Cyborg grinned, holding out a plate stacked a foot high with the golden syrup-doused treats.
Raven allowed herself to smile- they were her favourites after all.
"I figure you could use a little pick-me-up after yesterday." Cyborg explained as Raven began digging in to the belated breakfast.
"Don't remind me." Raven groaned between gulps. "If I see Doctor Light out of prison in the next six months, I'm going to personally make sure that the entire Legion of Doom sees him naked." she growled.
Cyborg took a cautious step back, suddenly remembering every reason not to make an enemy of Raven.
Raven belched as she finished, her cheeks turning red.
"Nice o-" Cyborg began to congratulate her before Starfire opened her mouth, and released what could only be called a tiny earthquake. Both other Titans gave her looks of surprise. Starfire giggled.
"They say thank you..." Raven mumbled, rubbing her stomach. A chorus of kicks had started up, causing little bumps upon the surface of her belly. "Either that or they hate it. It's hard to tell."
There was a strange, quiet sound, of something being strained and then popping. It took a moment for Cyborg and Starfire to realise it was fabric. Raven, though, had realised immediately.
"Wh-where's Robin?" she asked abruptly, cheeks now bright red. Her hands were wrapped around the loosened hems of her hot pants. "I think it's time I get to work on that idea..."

"I don't know if this is such a good idea..." Robin scratched his head. NTS: Need to check Robin's tone and speech patterns to see if I'm accurate -Darien 12/30/07 4:01 AM
    The Titans' leader had picked a fine time to complain. There really wasn't any turning back now; the series of giant metal doors had slammed shut behind them, bars sliding across them and forcefields bursting into action, and they were under the constant scrutiny of about a hundred CCTV cameras and, more importantly, automated sentry guns that looked primed to douse either of them in liquid cement. Not that this was the first time he had made his worries known- he had not been pleased with Raven brought the idea up in the Tower, and had only been convinced to take her to the prison when she made it clear that she would go without him if he didn't approve. He'd continued to fret out loud on the journey here, and as they went through the dozens of layers of security. Raven herself almost reconsidered when faced with the prospect of a full body search, and a metal detector woefully too small for her swollen frame. But she had told herself then what she told him now;
"I need this."Sounds a little too dire to me. Hopefully her dialogue later reduces the melodrama -Darien 12/30/07 5:08 AM
Robin found it difficult to argue. Despite her extremely conservative nature, even now both her abdomen and her bust parted her cloak. The T-Shirt, which he had no doubt would drench his own figure, hugged every curve of her endowments with unyielding tightness, revealing the embarrassing dimensions of nipples and warping the backwards purple S icon at the centre of the shirt. She had folded her arms over her chest briefly, earlier, but in addition to having less than the desired effect, the only way she could wrap her arms around her mammoth endowments was to let them sink deep within their supple flesh. Now she endured the embarrassment since she had little other choice, and was fairly confident that Robin had the manners and the will power to avoid staring at her wobbling masses. He had, for the most part, although his peripheral vision was still full of jiggling.
Her lower quarters were not much better, although thankfully more concealed by her cloak. A once flowing skirt now wormed around her backside and thighs, providing little legroom. Thankfully she didn't need a whole lot, since walking had ceased to be an option several months ago, and even waddling wasn't too appealing. Now she simply floated with her powers.
"It's not as bad for Star... Tamaranian apparently doesn't have a word for 'modesty'." she explained.
    "Or gentle." Robin added.

Nodding, Raven continued. "I don't like to think about it but I'm getting even bigger than her anyway. I'm not a big fan of 'outside', but if I do go out I'd like to maintain some dignity. Besides, at this rate I won't even be able to get around the tower with clothes on. As much as Beast Boy and Starfire don't seem to have a problem with that, I certainly do."

Robin nodded this time. Rather than reply he simply assumed a grim expression, and continued down the corridor with her.

Finally they reached their destination; an unassuming cell denoted only by the inmate number framed above it- "201".

No guards had consented to lead them in, although scores of masked and armoured men sporting laser rifles filled the outer chambers. Since the Titans had brought most of these criminals in in the first place they were reckoned capable of taking care of themselves. Raven's "condition" had warranted a good number of stares and concerns, but apparently not enough to warrant an escort. Robin suspected that the guards were all too used to breakouts and had no intention of being in a cell when one happened.

Somehow, the villains always got out. It annoyed him endlessly, but was a fact of life he had resigned himself to.

After receiving the requisit key-code from Robin on the small keypad, the door slid open. Robin entered first, while Raven tried to judge the width of the aperture.

"Vell..." the criminal cooed, raising an eyebrow as Robin entered the room. "Zey said I 'ad guests, but I didn't believe it until now. What can I do for you, my dear?"

"We're here for business, Rouge." Robin growled.
Madame Rouge, one of the slipperiest villains they had the misfortune to cross, merely grinned back. The French criminal Does the French part bear mentioning? I feel I have to because of her accent. Although that sounds more Russian -Darien 12/30/07 6:25 AM was one of several they'd only managed to pick up in their most recent escapade. This was a small mercy, as Robin couldn't quite imagine how trying it would have been to be facing off against her for years; her powers already caused sufficient havoc. As the huge warnings plastered above the five inch thick window informed, she was a shape shifter, capable of seamless mimicry of other peoples' bodies and voices. And that was not to mention her prowess in combat, capable of turning her seamless body into a peerless weapon, punching, kicking and whipping from metres away. Not to mention bullets, fists and starbolts passed right through her.
Currently she sat hunched in a small featureless cell, the close wall of which was dominated by a thick sheet of endlessly reinforced glass. You would not have known from looking that she was a prisoner- she still looked as composed as always, short black hair cut evenly around her jawline, lips red with lipstick and clad in a red body suit, sleek black gloves and boots.
After a moment, Raven entered, awkwardly, careful not to squash any of her overabundant body upon the door frame.
The shift in expressions on Rouge's face was almost mystifying to watch as she passed through shock, disbelief, the briefest glimpse of sympathetic sorrow, before settling back into her previous face, now with an extra hint of smug. "My, my. I didn't believe zat rumour either, but it looks like I'll 'ave to put more stock in the grapevine in future."
Ignoring the super villain's speech, Raven turned to Robin, frowning. "Why is she even wearing her own clothes? Don't they have uniforms here?"
"The warden said that we're welcome to try and get them off of her if we like, but they haven't managed." Robin explained.
"I don't respond well to strip searches." Rouge added sarcastically.
Sparing no time for pleasantries, Raven glared at the inmate, engulfing her in shadow. What followed was a rather bizarre sight, as the shadows tried to tug at Rouge's gloves and boots, but looked more like a child playing with an elastic toy; the clothes did not give, but merely stretched out with her limbs. The smug expression became an almost furious frown as Raven akwardly contorted the villain this way and that in an attempt to remove her extraneous clothing. Eventually she pulled back, whipping her limbs back into shape, and roughly shaking off Raven's powers.
"A little rough, don't you think?" she asked, a sneer twitching across her face.
"I don't get it." Raven said. "There's no give whatsoever."
"Why so eager to see me naked, girl?" Rouge cooed. "If I'd known you swung that way, our altercations could have been all the more interesting..."
The villainess's breasts began to swell ridiculously. She cackled in a classical super villainous manner as they matched size with her head and stopped, still falling rather short of Raven's.
"It's not you that I'm interested in." Raven responded, a slight note of irritation in her monotone voice. "It's your clothes. If Mine grew like that, I wouldn't look like this." she said, almost to herself.
True enough, the criminal's red body suit had grown perfectly with her breasts, not giving the slightest complaint as they blew up to such sizes.
Robin snapped his fingers. He had been standing, overshadowed by Raven's bulk, with a hand on his chin for some time now. Finally he spoke.
    "She's naked."
"What?" Raven's head whipped around to face him.
"Rouge is naked." he explained. "When she mimics someone, her body shifts to match their clothes as well. It's an aspect of her power, not her wardrobe. So those clothes... are a part of her body."
Raven gave Rouge a shocked look, her own jaw growing slack for once.
"Bravo." the villainess clapped. "Even ze 'high and mighty' brain did not figure zat one out. But zen, he always 'ad eyes for 'is monkey more than me. But you are right. 'Ave a reward."
In one sleek motion Rouge's suit melted into her body, like liquid evapourating off a surface, leaving her completely and utterly nude.
Both Titans merely gaped in shock.
"You like?" she asked, grim sarcasm still evident in her tone. "I guess I won't be the solution to your problem..."
As she spoke, her wealth of pink skin started to dull and pale, as if the blood was being drained from her. Her black hair became purple, and a bump appeared on her forehead, before a little red jewel poked through. Her spine seemed to contract, and legs shrink as her height slipped down to that of a teen. The only thing that didn't change was the size of her already comic bust.
By the end of her sentence she was identical to Raven, barring a few minor details- mainly her immense, pregnant dimensions.
Raven herself simply looked on in what she could only think was terror. Some sort of trainwreck curiosity stopped her from looking away from the almost perfect grinning clone of her pre-pregnancy self. She was so enthralled that she did not once check to see if Robin was staring too. She would have a hard time blaming him if he was, considering how entranced she was.
There was disgust at seeing this weird mirror image; some sort of violation. Not only had her body been stolen, but it was also denied modesty. But that wasn't all. She couldn't help but feel... envious. Some small corner of her marvelled at the beauty of her own figure, with what might once have been pride. She almost thought that those features could not be hers, so fine and handsome. But particularly she looked at that narrow waist, those sleek, unfattened hips and thighs, and yearned to posess them again.
"But I can see how hard it must be..." she went on, speaking now in Raven's own perfectly pitched voice. "... to find clothes that fit."
Her body once more began to change. The only thing melting this time, though, was Raven's own envy, as the flat stomach bulged out, modest hips bloated, and thighs thickenned. It was like slides of her memory had been extracted and sewn together into a seamless montage of the past months. She'd stood naked before her mirror enough to see the identical stages of pregnancy passing by in fast forward. Soon Rouge's exaggerated bust was no longer ahead of the rest of her, and began to swell alongside her belly.
For a moment Raven thought the villain had gone too far, blown herself up bigger than the real thing. But her eyes darted back and forth, desperate to find some in consistency, and saw only shocking accuracy. She was just that huge, and now staring into a three dimensional smirking mirror.
Rouge flaunted her fake body, posing this way and that as if she thought her ludicrous form had sex appeal. Though she carried them with some degree of realism, it was overwhelmingly obvious that her stomach was full of air or some other light material, as she managed to sway it around far faster than Raven could with her huge weight of children. She began to rub at the tight sheet of pearly skin with her hands, even breaking from her mimicry and allowing her limbs to stretch out to her impossibly distant navel.
"And it's only going to get harder..." the fake Raven giggled.
True horror washed over Raven, as Rouge swelled anew. Now she was looking at her own future unfolding, seeing just what her body might become if things went on like this. She felt her stomach turn at the sight of it, as Rouge seemed eager to fill her cell with her body. Raven heard her own voice cackling from behind a wall of bust.
"Hmph." the real Raven raised her chin. She felt as if she was waking from a dream, now that her attention was no longer focussed on the balloon behind the window. She realised rather abruptly that Robin had left the room without her noticing, and was waiting outside.
Holding her head high, she turned and hovered away. Clearly oblivious from behind her mountainous breasts, Rouge continued to cackle maniacally.
"Try harder next time." Raven said as she approached the door. "This wasn't even close. My nipples aren't pink."

Block 8, and a last ditch effort to inject some plot into this.

Think I got a little rough with the girls in the fight towards the end, and some of the vague descriptions make it sound nastier than it is. They both came out of it okay, though, owing to general super heroine durability (which their kids inherit, I guess?)

At least this one was more plotful than the others.
